Calyrex only appears in The Crown Tundra, which is included in the Expansion Pass DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield.
Calyrex can be caught together with one of the Legendary Steed Pokemon, Glastrier or Spectrier, at the end of the King of Bountiful Harvests Chapter of the Crown Tundra story.

You guys got a lot of little details wrong throughout this Crown Tundra Dex guide. And it's previously established stuff! For example Latios and Latias are Psychic/Dragon not Psychic/Flying. I saw a few examples, but I'm not trying to proof read for you.
