How to Get Old Letter

Obtain From a Quest in Hammerlocke

Old Letter Walkthrough
This is part of a quest in Hammerlocke where you send a girl's love letter to a boy.

The girl, Paula, can be found in the the upper right corner of Hammerlocke. She will give you the Old Letter to be sent to a boy named Frank.

After delivering the letter, Frank will give you a Choice Scarf. You can also go back to Paula's spot to get a Reaper Cloth.
