You can receive Bug Memory from the woman on the left side of the Battle Tower.

This is also from the same person who will give you Type: Null.

How to Use Bug Memory

Physical Attacker Silvally.png

Equipping Silvally with the Bug Memory turns it into a Bug-type Pokemon and also changes its signature move, Multi-Attack, into a 120 Base Power Bug-type Move.

While strong, Bug has relatively low coverage and it's best to use a different memory for Silvally. It does have a niche during Dynamax, where it becomes Max Flutterby which has the added effect of lowering the opponent's' Special Attack by one stage.
