Exchange for BP at the Battle Tower

Red Card can be obtained at the BP Shop in exchange for 20 BP. The BP Shop is located in the Battle Tower at Wyndon.

How to Use Red Card

Red Card is a single-use item that forces the opposing Pokemon to switch out with a random ally if it attacks the Pokemon holding this item. The Pokemon holding the item needs to survive the hit for the effect to work.

While the battle item is usually seen as niche in the current metagame, it's useful at countering set-up sweepers as they loose all accumulated stat boosts if they are forced to switch.
