2 Muscle Bands can be found in the Challenge Road area of the Isle of Armor DLC. One past the grassy area near the Tower of Darkness and another near the path to Brawlers' Cave.

How to Use Muscle Band

Muscle Band boosts all physical attacks by 10%, a great item for any Pokemon built for dishing out physical attacks.

However, Muscle Band is outclassed by better damage-boosting items such as Life Orb's 30% boost, which also powers up special moves for Pokemon built as mixed attackers.

Expert Belt also powers up physical and special attacks by 20%, but only if the move will deal super-effective damage.
