You can pick up Psychic Seed in Route 2, in the lower left side of the lake. You can only have access to this after getting six badges, and unlocking the second Rotom Bike.

Use Flying Taxi

Since the item is near Professor Magnolia's house, it is faster to to get there by calling a Flying Taxi.

Obtain from Wild Pokemon

The following Pokemon may hold the item, Psychic Seed. You can get it by using the move Thief or Trick.

How to Use Psychic Seed

In Psychic Terrain, the Pyschic Seed is consumed and boosts the user's Sp. Defense stat by one stage.

This item has a niche in defensive teams that can set up Psychic Terrain, or in groups that have Tapu Fini or Indeedee that can instantly set up the terrain with their Psychic Surge Abilities.
