You can obtain a Quick Ball in the overworld at Route 7.

Obtain at DLC Areas

You can get Quick Balls at some areas in the Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra. Keep an eye out!

Receive from the Cram-o-matic

Cram-o-Matic

You can also obtain a Quick Ball via Cram-o-matic. You will need to use a Yellow Apricorn in order to have a chance of getting the X Ball.
