Persim Berry is one of the Berries in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra DLC. Read on to learn more about this item's effects, how to get it, and how to use it competitively.

You can get Persim Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
A Pokemon holding a Persim Berry will instantly consume it if it gets confused, immediately curing the status condition. This includes self-inflicted confusion from moves like Thrash or Outrage.
While a fairly uncommon held item in competitive play, it does see some use in the Doubles Battle Format - usually from recepients of the move Swagger.
The Persim Berry holder will immediately cure themselves of confusion while still retaining the +6 Attack Boost from the move. Grimmsnarl is a popular Swagger user thanks to its Prankster Ability giving the move priority.

Persim Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Persim Berry in your Curry will give it a Spicy, Dry, Sweet, and Sour flavor.
You can also use Persim Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
