The Friend Request Board is for making new in-game friends, the Pokemon Trading Board is for finding players to trade Pokemon with, while the Discussion Board is for asking questions about the game or giving advice.

On Pokémon home on the mobile version you can trade with other people through GTS and I got it through GTS
Are you able to send greninja to gen 8, because how did it get to home in the first place then? Also I can't get home on mobile
