6th Battle (Route 7) Strategy

Bring a Pokemon with good physical stats

Hop's Snorlax has both a high HP and Sp. Def, so special attackers are not very useful against him. On the other hand, Pokemon that primarily attack with physical attacks will have a much easier time, and in particular, Fighting-type Pokemon with physical based attacks are his bane.
