Competitive Analysis

Head Charge is Bouffalant's signature move. It is a powerful Normal-type move that takes advantage of STAB thanks to Bouffalant's Normal-typing.

This move goes well with Reckless, one of Bouffalant's Abilities, as this makes moves that deal recoil damage more powerful.

Unfortunately, that makes it a double-edged sword, as it also increases the recoil Bouffalant receives when using Head Charge. You can let it hold Leftovers for recover some of the lost HP in the process.
