Competitive Analysis

Heal Bell is an excellent recovery move that can help your entire team. Using this move will heal all status conditions of every Pokemon in your party.

Although definitely a great support move, it can only be used by Celebi and Miltank.

Sound-based Properties of Heal Bell

Since Heal Bell is a sound-based move, it can be used alongside Throat Spray, which raises its holder's Special Attack stat if it uses any sound-based move.

Heal Bell cannot be used for two turns if the user has been hit with Throat Chop.
