Parting Shot Competitive Analysis

Parting Shot has found a home in the current meta due to the value it offers. This move lowers the Atk and Sp. Atk stat of the target by one stage, then switches the user out. This makes Parting Shot a good utility and defensive move which gives you a much bigger advantage compared to simply switching out.

Incineroar is the most common user of Parting Shot. One of the primary reason is you want Incineroar to keep switching in due to it having access to Intimidate.
