Topsy-Turvy Competitive Analysis

Topsy-Turvy is a utility move that flips the target's stat changes opposite of what they are. So a Pokemon that boosted its Speed stat by 1 stage will get debuffed by 1 stage instead.

This is a situational move that is often used on an ally that got debuffed. An example would be using it on your ally that used Draco Meteor in order to boost its power instead. Another situation is using it on an opposing Pokemon that consumed Weakness Policy.

Topsy-Turvy Locations

Topsy-Turvy can only be learned via Level Up.
