Competitive Analysis

Roar of Time is the signature move of Dialga, and is recommended to use despite its effect of making the user unable to move during the next turn. This attack dishes out a lot of damage, and is good it knocking out opposing Pokemon.

This attack can also be used while Dynamaxed, which in turn removes the effect of having to charge the turn after.
