Competitive Analysis

Ancient Power may not deal much damage unlike other Rock-type moves but it is still widely used because of its secondary effect.

Using Ancient Power has a 10% chance of raising all of the user's stats. This move can make the user stronger, more durable, and faster!

Do note however that letting Rock-type attackers rely in Ancient Power is not recommended as there are better, more powerful moves that outweigh the small chance of Ancient Power boosting every stat.
