Stealth Rock is a commonly used entry hazard in the metagame. It serves as a threat to numerous Pokemon and is very easy to use.
With most Fire and Flying-types having the role of attackers in a team composition, Stealth Rock is a big threat to these Pokemon as it will deal super-effective damage if they switch in to the field.
Compared to Spikes and Toxic Spikes, you only ever need to use Stealth Rock once, as its damage calculation will depend on the switched-in Pokemon's durability to Rock-type attacks.
There are a few things to look out for if you're planning to set up Stealth Rock. One would be Heavy-Duty Boots, and most Fire and Flying-type Pokemon will be holding this item to negate any damage from Stealth Rock.
Moves such as Rapid Spin and Defog can also remove Stealth Rock in battle.
List of Moves that Generate Entry Hazards
A Stealth Rock can be found in the Warm-Up Tunnel area of the The Isle of Armor DLC.
Stealth Rock is available to purchase from the Watt Traders in the Wild Area for 3000 Watts.
The Watt Traders' selection of TM and TRs changes everyday so make sure to check what's in stock!
It's also possible to get Stealth Rock from Rock-type Max Raid dens as a reward for defeating or catching the resident Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokemon.
It's also possible to get Stealth Rock from the Cram-o-Matic, although the chances are still low even when using the right items.

Would like to note that eiscue does not get stealth rock, this was likely an accidental input by the author. Other info is all correct.
