Competitive Analysis

U-Turn proves to be a popular choice in the current meta due to its availability for several Pokemon and being able to swtich in while dealing damage at the same time.

U-Turn is great for switching in Pokemon that could counter enemy Pokemon, protect frailer Pokemon, or to setup different sweepers and such. This move can also be used to escape from trapping moves, and this works well with the ability Regenerator and its ability to heal the user on switch out.
