Pin Missile (TM07) is useful as a multi-hit move that hits the target two to five times in a row. This can prove to be useful for defensive and stall teams that dish out staggered amounts of damage.

This also works well with the ability Skill LInk to ensure that you get five hits with this move. This move can also break through Substitute, Focus Sash users, and Pokemon with the ability Sturdy.
