Competitive Analysis

Instruct is what makes Oranguru viable in Doubles as it forces its target to use the last move it used again.

With Oranguru in play, offensive Pokemon are able to basically attack twice in that turn, which makes the pair able to deal massive damage in a single turn. Instruct can also be used on Dark-type Pokemon!

Take note, however, that Instruct cannot be used on two-turn moves such as Dig, and cannot be used on Dynamaxed Pokemon.

Instruct Locations

Oranguru

Instuct is Oranguru's signature move and can only be learned by Level Up.
