Competitive Analysis

Freeze Shock takes two turns to charge, but deals a lot of damage which has the secondary effect of having a 30% chance to paralyze the target. It is best to use this move during Dynamax however in order to eliminate the charge requirement.

This is the signature move of Black Kyurem, and it is recommended to use this move when using this Pokemon.
