Aqua Tail Competitive Analysis

Aqua Tail is a strong physical Water-type move. The 90 base power works well with bulky physical Water-type Pokemon such as Gyarados.

Aqua Tail vs Waterfall

Aqua Tail and Waterfall offer similar stats. While Aqua Tail does 10 more base damage, Waterfall offers 10 more accuracy and a chance to flinch.

Overall, the utility and accuracy Waterfall offers is a bit more valuable compared to the damage Aqua Tail does. However, it will still come down to preference.

Aqua Tail Locations

Aqua Tail can only be learned via Egg Move, Level Up, or by Default.
