How to Clear Friendly Spar and Focused Fight Difficulties

Watch Out for Lightning Attacks

Critters and Crawlies in Day 2 tends to do a lot of lightning strike and electro bullet attacks! Avoid the lightning strike by moving out of the strike range and deflect electro bullets with Guard!

Use Guard to Deflect Electro Bullets

The damage from Electro Bullets is small but they can certainly stack up if left unchecked. Press and hold the Guard button to shield against Electro Bullets.

If you time it just right and Guard before the Electro Bullet hits, it can get deflected and hit the opponent instead!

How to Clear Utmost Might Difficulty

Deflect Electro Bullets with Guard As Much As Possible

In the Utmost Might difficulty, Changchang's beetle will fire off consecutive Electro Bullets! You can press and hold Guard to avoid getting hit by them, or you can risk putting up a Guard just as they are about to hit to deflect them back at the opponent.

Note that Guarding takes up stamina, so you can't keep it held indefinitely. Time your defense and attack so that you won't run out of stamina!

Changchang's Beetle Fight in Day 2

Critters and Crawlies is the name of Changchang's beetle that you fight in Stage 2 of Arataki's Blazing Armor Beetle Battle Boot Camp! The stage's full name is ''A Terrifying Opponent Approaches!'' and unlocks on the second day of the event.

In this stage, Changchang goes by the name of Buttercup of Terror and is located by the event venue in the Guyun Stone Forest.
