Using Anemo characters or characters with AoE Elemental Burst will make it easier to beat the Samachurls and Hilichurls.

Target the Nemeses Enemies

Genshin - Hyakunin Ikki Day 2 - Target Nemesis Enemies
Defeat as many Blazing Axe Mitachurls as possible to gain more points!

Use Elemental Burst then Switch

Genshin - Hyakunin Ikki Day 2 - Use Elemental Burst Then Switch
Using an AoE Elemental Burst at the start then switching to another another team that has a more single-target skill set is effective to quickly deal with the mobs and the Nemeses enemies.
