I mean if you really WANT to freeze, then yeah Blizzard is amazing. But this is strictly personal damage. overall team damage is a different story, one where Blizzard isn't BiS (since supports in freeze teams usually have poor dmg)
should I use this set on Ayato/Kokomi/Mona DPS Reverse-Freeze, or stay at Heart of Depth

You can also use this on a hydro dps with a cryo character in the team. And since chars only need 2 or 4 pieces you can always go off set for the elemental one. Most of my elemental Pieces are the wrong set
It's common to get all types of elemental dmg bonus goblets from these domains, and that's what happens to me like all the time T_T
why would i got one dropped with 6.3% hydro DMG Bonus when this is clearly for Cryo :(
Eula would actually not benefit alot from BS since her cryo output is less frequent than her physical output Pale Flame 4p is the best choice for eula

The circlet is named Broken Rime's Echo, thats the only piece of the set i have atm T_T

I found the Blizzard Circlet when I talked to the researcher at the camp near the edge of Dragonspine (the same camp where you have to head to to ask about the Strange Tooth from one of the Dragonspine world quests)
