Until this point, the Expansion Pass has been available solely as a digital download. For the first time, a physical bundle of Pokemon Sword and Shield together with the Expansion Pass will be available. Learn how to preorder the physical version, and when it will be released!

The Physical versions of the Expansion Pass, bundled together with Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, will be available on November 6th, 2020 worldwide.
Preorder pages for physical editions of both Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are available at the online Nintendo eShop.
It seems that a Preorder option isn't immediately available, but as the official site indicates these pages as the Preorder links, the option to preorder should be made accessible in a matter of time.

The price of the Physical DLC Bundle is $90 USD. Whilte this may seem like a steep price, the cost is actually similar to the combined value of the products when bought separately from the Nintendo Online Store.
Players who purchase one of these editions of the game will receive exclusive Pikachu and Eevee outfits which were available with early purchases of the standard edition of the game. As these outfits are no longer available to new players, purchasing this bundle will be the only way to receive these outfits from this point forward.
As a bonus for preordering one of these special editions of the game, players will receive 100 Poke Balls as a Mystery Gift, which can be used with a single save file.
That said, as 100 Poke Balls can easily be purchased with in-game currency, it wouldn't be wise to judge your purchase based on this reward.
