Competitive Analysis

After new moves were introduced in Isle of Armor, Rising Voltage became a staple move for startegies involving Electric Terrain.

This move's power is doubled when used on a target affected by the terrain, making it a valuable weapon for Electric-type attackers.

A prime example for this is Regieleki, whose Ability Transistor, which boosts Electric-type moves, stacks with Rising Voltage. Equip it with Choice Specs for more devastation.
