Along with that, you can also get Toxic Orb as reward for defeating Bulbasaur or Ivysaur.

How to Use Toxic Orb

The Toxic Orb has the effect of inflicting the Badly Poisoned status effect on the holder.

This is useful when held by a Pokemon that can learn the moves Trick and Switcheroo, allowing them to switch items with the opposing Pokemon and inflicting the poison status effect on them.

It's also an option for Guts users to active their Ability, alongside Flame Orb.
