How to Get Utility Umbrella

You can talk to a man in a suit in Hammerlocke. He will give you an Item for each day you visit him. You can receive Utility Umbrella on your fourth day of visit.

How to Use Utility Umbrella

The Utility Umbrella has the effect of making the holder ignore effects of Sun and Rain Weather effects. However, damage and accuracy effects caused by weather will affect the holder but not attacks against the holder.

This is a niche item that can go against Sun and Rain teams, and can be useful for defensive and stall teams in negating the effects of weather on opposing Pokemon.
