Exchange for BP at the Battle Tower

White Herb can be obtained at the BP Shop in exchange for 15 BP. The BP Shop is located in the Battle Tower at Wyndon.

How to Use White Herb

The White Herb has the effect of resetting all lowered stats back to 0 if any of them are lowered.

This move can be helpful against abilities such as Intimidate that lower stats, as well as for moves that the lower stats of the user such as Draco Meteor.

An example Draco Meteor user is Dragapult, and using the White Herb helps prevent the Special Attack stat from being lowered by two stages after the use of the move.
