How to Use Rocky Helmet

The Rocky Helmet has the effect of if an attacker uses a contact move against the holder, they will lose 1/6 of their Maximum HP.

This item is very useful for defensive and stall teams as the residual damage can break the attackers Focus Sash or Sturdy if they make contact with the holder. Additionally, the residual damage stacks with Abilities with similar effects such as Rough Skin and Iron Barbs.
