You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
Roseli Berry is a fairly common held item in the current metagame, and is often given to Dragon-type Pokemon to cover their weakness to Fairy-type Moves.

Dragon-type Pokemon, such as Garchomp, are common users of this berry. While it has natural bulk, it can get worn down or even knocked out by particularly strong Fairy-type Moves such as Moonblast.
Giving Garchomp a Roseli Berry allows it to survive a powerful Fairy-type move, allowing it to retaliate or set up with Swords Dance.

Roseli Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Roseli Berry in your Curry will give it a Sweet and Bitter flavor.

You can also use Roseli Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
