Body Press Competitive Analysis

Body Press is a strong coverage move for defensive Pokemon. The fact that it uses the user's Defense stat makes this a good coverage move for Steel-type Pokemon.

Magnezone has been running this move in addition to Iron Defense to trap and counter other Steel-type Pokemon.
