This is a board specifically for trading Ditto and Pokemon infected with the Pokerus in Pokemon Sword and Shield. Please use this board if you are in search of a Ditto with high IVs or trying to collect a Pokemon with the Pokerus for training purposes.

How to Catch Ditto

Ditto / Pokerus Trading Board

What is Pokerus?

A Virus That Boosts EV Gains

Pokerus is a virus that pokemon can randomly obtain after battle. If an infected Pokemon is left in your party, the virus will spread to other party members after a few more battles.

This is not a bad thing, as infected Pokemon will obtain twice the normal EV yield from Pokemon defeated in battle! Pokerus is an essential tool in building a competitive team, and maximizing your Pokemon's stats.
