Also you can get throh in an in game trade in sword. Look it up.
Save your shinies. Look up trade codes for sword/shield exclusives and you’ll find the numbers on Reddit, Polygon, or ScreenRant. Put the numbers in the trade bar that says Trade with Link Code and wait a while. Eventually someone with shield will trade you the mon you need without you losing any of your precious shinies.
