Competitive Analysis

Thrash has the effect of having the user attack for two to three turns, then becomes confused. This move can be an alternative for Outrage, however it is recommended for use with with Normal-types due to the STAB that they receive from it. This move can also be useful as a finishing move against opposing Pokemon or when Dynamaxed to remove the penalty of causing confusion.

Thrash Locations

Thrash can only be learned via Level Up, Egg Moves, or by Default.
