Harden Competitive Analysis

Harden is a stat-boosting move that raises the user's defense by one stage.

This move isn't viable at the moment as there are better options. Iron Defense powercreeps Harden by quite a bit and barrier moves such as Reflect does the same thing but better. We suggest using those moves instead.
