Competitive Analysis

Hyper Voice is a sound-based Normal-type move that is able to hit all opposing Pokemon in Doubles.

Hyper Voice and Sound-Based Mechanics

Hyper Voice is best used with Throat Spray, as using this move will consume the item and raise the holder's Special Attack, making subsequent Hyper Voices more powerful!

Do watch out for Throat Chop, as this bars the user from using any sound-based moves, including Hyper Voice, for two turns. Additionally, Pokemon with Soundproof are immune to this move.

When used by Toxtricity with Punk Rock, Hyper Voice will be more powerful, while a Toxtricity with the same Ability receiving this move will take less damage.
