Doom Desire Competitive Analysis

Doom Desire is a good setup move for Jirachi. It works similarly to Future Sight wherein the damage isn't dealt until after two turns.

The damage dealt is treated as a Steel-type move, meaning it gains STAB from Steel-type Pokemon. This also means that Doom Desire follows type resistances.

Doom Desire Locations

Doom Desire is the signature spell of Jirachi, thus making it the only Pokemon that can learn the move.
