Gear Up Competitive Analysis

Gear Up is a support move as it boosts the user and its ally's Attack and Special Attack by one stage each. Note that this move only works for Pokemon that have the Plus or Minus Ability.

This move is quite restrictive. We suggest running Shift Gear instead if your ally Pokemon doesn't have the required abilities.

Gear Up Locations

Gear Up can only be learned via Level Up or be Default.
