Snarl Competitive Analysis

Snarl is a great utility move that sees a lot of play in doubles due to the fact that it hits both Pokemon. In addition to the damage, this move also lowers the target's Special Attack by one stage.

Notable Snarl users are Obstagoon and Incineroar because they boost the move with STAB and are usually supporting Pokemon who values utility more than damage.
