Competitive Analysis

Outrage attacks the target, or random target in doubles, for two or three turns and then the user becomes confused. This is one of the strongest Dragon-type moves available, and is suggested to use in different builds with different Dragon-Type Pokemon.

One of the best users of Outrage is Garchomp due to being a Dragon-type, and with its Ability Rough Skin it is able to further inflict damage on attackers on contact.
