Competitive Analysis

Wonder Room is a very niche strategy in the metagame. Using this move will swap the Defense and Special Defense of every Pokemon in the field for five turns.

You can use this move as a way to surprise your opponents as this move can make Pokemon that are built to withstand physical moves be vulnerable to those instead, and the same goes for special moves. Do note that this will also affect your team.
