Worry Seed Competitive Analysis

Worry Seed is a utility move that swaps the target's ability with Insomnia. This is especially useful against stall teams that run Rest as well as against Pokemon that rely on the classic Rest plus Sleep Talk.

However, Worry Seed's primary use is against Pokemon that have strong abilities. This move basically nullifies Pokemon that use Technician.
