Yes for a Strong Dendro DPS!
Alhaitham is definitely worth pulling for, especially that Dendro reactions deal massive AoE and single-target damage. Since his Elemental Skill infuses his attacks with Dendro you can easily set-up Elemental Reactions to eradicate all the enemies with ease!

The first time you pull a 4-star on the Caution in Confidence banner, there is a 50% chance it will be one of the featured 4-star characters. If your first 4-star pull is not one of the featured characters, your next pull is guaranteed to be one of the featured characters.

Alhaitham is the only limited 5-Star character you can get from this banner. All standard 5-Star charaters are available on this banner at a normal rate, while Alhaitham has a higher rate-up than the standard ones.
The 5-Star pity rate for Event Wish Banners is 90 Wishes. This means that you're guaranteed a 5-Star drop if you didn't get one in the previous 89 Wishes. The pity count resets when you get a 5-Star character.
The first time you hit pity on an Event Wish Banner, there's a 50% chance you'll get the featured 5-Star and a 50% chance you'll get a standard 5-Star. If you didn't get the featured 5-Star the first time, then your next 5-Star drop is guaranteed to be the featured 5-Star.
This pity count carries over banner changes of the same banner type. Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share a pity count.
