The very first Streaming Projector you come across will be inaccessible until you reach the third and final Story Quest of the Secret Summer Paradise Event, Dreams and First Encounters!
Once you have all the missing components, it's time to assemble the Mirage's core.
How to Solve Preprint #1 | |
---|---|
1 | Place the Mountaineering Rope into the upper slot. |
2 | Next, put the Familiar-Looking Candy Box into the middle slot. |
3 | In the lower slot, place the Travel Lamp component. |
Dreams and First Encounters Guide
The second Preprint, which is also the first playable one, may seem complicated but is actually pretty simple. Before entering the Preprint, move the crate to the right, unblocking the way down and aligning it with the platforms going up.
Enter the Preprint and open the first chest you come across to release the Water Droplet's friend, then open the second chest for additional rewards on your way to the exit.
There will be two crates in this Preprint. Move the left one all the way to the left and align it with the ledge above, and move the right one all the way to the right to align it with the ledge that has the exit.
The first two chests will contain nothing but vegetables, so the third one will have the component you will be looking for.
To get it, simply hop onto the left crate, then onto the ledge behind you. Use the elevator platform, then drop down below to get the chest. If you're feeling hungry, you can grab the first two chests for some extra grub!
Before entering the Preprint, simply move the singular crate to the left, close to the elevator platform. Enter the Preprint, but before hopping onto the crate, grab the chest behind you to release the first Hydro Eidolon.
Afterwards, use the crate to get onto the elevator platform. The chest on this platform will be empty, so proceed to the higher platform to the right and make your way to the last chest to find and release the second Hydro Eidolon.
Take note of three things: there are three different colored mirrors, stones, and bubbles. Namely, they're colored blue, pink, and yellow. Each item can only correspond with another item of the same color.
This means that passing through a pink bubble with a blue mirror will reset the mirror's position. To get past a bubble, you need to carry the same colored mirror. Start by getting the yellow mirror from the other platform and bringing it to the yellow stone below.
Grab the blue mirror and use the right-most elevator to get to the top and make your way to the blue stone to upper left platform. Finally, grab the pink mirror and fall down to the left-most elevator and have it deliver you to the pink stone.
This one is a little trickier than the previous one. Grab the yellow mirror and have the left-most elevator deliver you to the yellow stone. The bubble above is white, so you have to move fast!
Next, grab the blue mirror and fall through the blue bubble to the left to deliver it to the blue stone. Lastly, grab the pink mirror and use the elevator passing through the pink bubble and deliver it to the pink stone on the statue's crown.
This is the first Preprint puzzle that is part of second Story Quest the Secret Summer Paradise Event, Mirage Paradise in Crisis!
This puzzle is fairly simple. Start by approaching the first hat and descend into it. This should take you to a lower area. Drop down and go through the hat to the left and grab the chest once you emerge at the other side.
Return to the previous area and aim for the farthest hat to the right, as the one before will simply lead to a hole in the ground. The aforementioned hat will reveal an elevator platform that will take you to the hat above, and subsequently, to the exit.
This is the last Preprint puzzle from the Mirage Paradise in Crisis! Story Quest. This has less to do with wits and more to do with timing, as you will need to jump over the rolling balls being fired beneath you.
You'll need to do this twice, and you can only get hit by a maximum of 5 times, so time your jumps right!
This one is more of an interactive cutscene rather than an actual puzzle. It comprises much of the Event's 3rd Story Quest, Dreams and First Encounters!. It tells of the story of the Dagger Bandit.
There are two special things to note, however: the star platform and the cranks. Simply follow through with the story and step onto the star platform to make it move or turn the cranks to lower walls of thorns when cued by Zosimos.
This Preprint comprises much of the side quest, Petrifying Gaze. The main obstacles in this Preprint are the Wraith Leaders, who will shine their red gaze onto the Preprint. Simply put, touch the red bubble, and you have to start all over again.
How to Solve Preprint #10 | |
---|---|
1 | Outside of the Preprint, push the crate all the way to the left until it falls off of the rail. This will not only clear the path, but also block the gaze of one of the statues. |
2 | Enter the Preprint. Your goal will be the chest to the upper left platform. Simply wait for the gaze bubbles to disappear and pass through quickly. Grab the "chest" to move onto the next phase. |
3 | The layout of the Preprint will change, and this time, your goal will be the chest to the right. Avoid the moving red bubble and make your way to the second "chest" to move onto the next phase. |
4 | This last one is unwinnable. No matter how much you try and avoid the red bubbles, you will be trapped between the two of them in the end. Fret not, however, and move onto the next phase. |
5 | The Lone Hydro Eidolon will help you out and change the game. Once the cutscene concludes, enter the Preprint once more and grab the Key to the Castle's Secret Chamber from the chest inside. |
This Preprint comprises a large portion of the side quest, Skycastle Saviors, and it is by far one of the easiest ones to do. Simply collect all the blue orbs and the puzzle is complete.
The catch to the second phase of this puzzle is that everytime you collect one orb, all the orbs will shift positions. Luckily, there are no obstacles in this Preprint, so you can move around freely and be as creative as you want to be with your approach.
This Preprint is part of the side quest, The Black Nacre and the All-Devouring Kraken. This one involves dodging projectiles as well as using stacks of barrels to block them. Keep an eye out for the prediction lines to easily spot where the projectiles will hit.
Black Nacre and the Kraken Guide
This Preprint is part of the side quest, Returning Curios, and is the objective for finding the Second Hidden Treasure.
How to Solve Preprint #13 | |
---|---|
1 | Enter the Preprint and use the crate to get one level higher. Make your way to the elevator platform to take you one more level up and to the exit. |
2 | In the next area, use the elevator platform and hop off midway to grab the chest in the alcove to the right. Make your way back to the elevator and take it all the way up to the exit. |
Preprints are two-dimensional murals exclusive to the Veluriyam Mirage for the Secret Summer Paradise Event in Version 3.8. You'd be able to enter within the Preprinted World using Streaming Projectors!
