Works with Rosaria so far with a max damage of 75% even off-field with every energy recharges.
Save it for Thoma (he need some ER buff for utilizing his 'based-HP' shield), Gorou (his Burst scaled with his DEF), and Yun Jin (based-DEF Burst too). 2-pieces EoSF + 2-pieces of their respective 'scaling units' are good for them.
dude I have farmed like 30 of these artifacts and 23 of them are HP and DEF kill meee
Most broken set so far. Fits pretty good with almost all support and burst dps characters. Chongyun, Xinqiu, Beidou, Thoma, Mona, Kaeya, Lisa, etc. they categorise it as “s” tier. I think is SS.
Any higher than 300% Energy recharge is wasted since elemental burst dmg bonus caps at 75%
U can get +25% damage every 100% energy recharge, u can get +20% energy recharge from 2 set bonus, so u need 280% more energy recharge
How much ER would I need to have the full 75% Burst DMG Bonus?

Xingqui with Sacrificial Sword would do well with this set.
The 4-piece set is **especially** good on Mona because one of her passive talents (Waterborne Destiny) increases her Hydro DMG by 20% of her energy recharge
If you max out his HP the best you can this artifact 4-piece further increases his burst bonus. At Lv. 70 or above his bust will do +37% + 33% max HP
