Competitive Analysis

Terrain Pulse has the effect of doubling in power if there is terrain present. The type of the move changes to Grass type during Grassy Terrain, Fairy type in Misty Terrain, Psychic type in Psychic Terrain, and Electric type in Electric Terrain.

This move is niche, and can be helpful as a STAB move for a type of Pokemon that takes advantage of the terrain and where a terrain can be easily set.
