There is a new Gigantamax Pokemon entering the Galar Region. Gigantamax Toxtricity can be found in Dens in both Pokemon Sword and Shield starting Feb 7 (Fri) to March 9 (Mon).

Gigantamax Toxtricity is now available in Max Raid Den! You are now able to catch Gigantamax Toxtricity with no time limit. You can find it at the Max Raid Rare Den A in Frigid Sea, which is in the Crown Tundra.

Gigantamax Toxtricity will appear in Max Raid Battles from Feb 7 (Fri) to March 9 (Mon) 8:59. Be sure to update your Wild Area News by going to Mystery Gift and selecting Get Wild Area News from the options.

Gigantamax Toxtricity is found at random Dens throughout the Wild Area. As such, there's no way to go to a specific Den to try to hunt for it; any Den will have an equal chance of containing Gigantamax Toxtricity, so keep searching during the availability period until you get lucky!

Two Forms

Gigantamax Toxtricity has two forms which are Amped form and Low-Key Form. Amped form will only appear in Pokemon Sword and Low-Key Form will only appear in Pokemon Shield.

If you want to capture the form that is not available in your game be sure to join up with other players of a different game to have a chance of getting the other form.

A New G-Max Move: G-Max Stun Shock

Gigantamax Toxtricity G-Max move is called G-Max Stun Shock. It's a powerful attack that both deals damage and also inflicts Poison or Paralysis on all opposing Pokemon.
