PP Up is a Vitamin used to raise a Pokemon move's PP in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra DLC. Read on to learn more about this item's effects, how to get it, and other related guides.

Effect A medicine that can slightly raise the maximum PP of a single move that has been learned by the target Pokemon.

Raises a Pokemon Move's Max PP

PP Up raises the PP of a selected move of a Pokemon. It raises to 1/5th of the move's base PP. So for example, a move with 10 PP will be increased to 12 PP after using PP Max.

Additionally, it boosts the friendship of the Pokemon.

You can get PP Up as one of the prizes. Be sure to check it regularly because it refreshes daily.

Calcium Calcium A nutritious drink for Pokémon. When consumed, it raises the base Sp. Atk stat of a single Pokémon.
Zinc Zinc A nutritious drink for Pokémon. When consumed, it raises the base Sp. Def stat of a single Pokémon.
Carbos Carbos A nutritious drink for Pokémon. When consumed, it raises the base Speed stat of a single Pokémon.
PP Up PP Up A medicine that can slightly raise the maximum PP of a single move that has been learned by the target Pokemon.
PP Max PP Max A medicine that can optimally raise the maximum PP of a single move that has been learned by the target Pokemon.
